Silicon Valley PropTech Association (SVPropTech) is a nonprofit organization established in San Francisco, California by a group of globally minded real estate and technology specialists.
PropTech, or Property Technology, represents the functional bridge between real estate and technology. It is one of the fastest growing industries today and is actively providing solutions for one of the largest global GDP sectors. PropTech industry can’t function in isolation, since real estate is a regulated, consumer and data driven sector and is developing in conjunction with FinTech, InsurTech, and government regulations.
